Illinois Legalizes Pot, Will New York Do The Same?

Last week Illinois became the 11th US state to legalize recreational cannabis causing cannabis companies to expand to meet the expected demand. This could pave the way for New York and New Jersey, who’ve been teetering on legalization for a while now by showing there’s a way to pass a regulated adult-use cannabis program without a referendum.
