Cannabis Wedding Expo comes to Los Angeles: Say your hIgh Dos!

Cannabis. Wedding. Expo. Let that sink in for a minute.

Yup that’s right, if you live in a state where cannabis is recreationally legal there’s a HIGH likelihood that you can bring pot in a big way for your big day.

We’ve all struggled with how to introduce friends and family to your love for the plant. What better way to do it than on a day when you get a free pass, your wedding day.

The Cannabis Wedding Expo is lead by one of my favorite people in the industry, Philip Wolf. I met him through a Cultivating Spirits experience where he brought together good people in the cannabis industry around amazing food, great atmosphere and even better cannabis in the mountains of Colorado. Don’t let his good vibes persona and long haired chillness distract you, Philip is at the heart of the movement and has a ton of knowledge to share.

If you live in the greater Los Angeles area this is a must check out event. Even if you’re not getting married, it will provide a fresh perspective on how cannabis is impacting our lives and you’ll get to meet the founders of some up and coming brands.

If you want to learn more, check out the press release below. I’ll be there and hope to see you there. I’m the bearded guy rocking a pot.com hat.

LA Cannabis and Wedding Brands debut 2020 trends

Los Angeles Cannabis Wedding Expo

Date: Sunday, January 19, 2020

Location: Andaz Hotel, 8401 Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069

Time: 12 PM – 4 PM

Age: 21+ event

Cost: $14 in advance | $18 at the door

The Cannabis Wedding Expo debuts it’s 2020 season in LA as SoCal brands set the trends going into the new decade. Chic, sophisticated, classy, refined and luxurious are all adjectives used alongside cannabis now, as the culture continues to modernize. Los Angeles is known for setting trends in fashion, and when it comes to luxury cannabis, the City of Angels is setting itself apart.

CWE has pushed the notion of Cannabis acceptance at weddings and events since it’s Denver debut in 2016 and now operates internationally as people’s desire to have cannabis at their celebrations moves past being risque to responsible. Event guests are looking for choices in their libations, especially healthy & mind-expansive choices.

Hosting in LA for the 3rd year, the Cannabis Wedding Expo is proud to be in the heart of Hollywood at the famous Andaz Hotel. On January 19th, cannabis couture will be featured alongside wedding brands looking to position themselves in front of an expanding demographic. You will be able to shop cannabis-inspired adornments by companies like Ferrie Jane, approachable dab bar accessories by Dip Devices, a bouquet art installation by renowned Flowers on Flowers, CBD elixirs by Author Sailene Ossman, designer wedding dresses, cannabis-friendly services like venues, hair/makeup artists and transportation alongside a myriad of other products and services fit for your wedding or event.

“When we started the Cannabis Wedding Expo, we were fighting for a seat in popular culture.  While that fight still exists in some of our newer markets, California has definitely worked past the stigma – although there is still work to be done on a struggling regulatory framework.  With the elegance of cannabis being uncovered, society is learning how to present this plant in ways that are truly innovative and fit for royalty! In LA, cannabis not only has a seat at the table, but is setting precedents on how we experience social events, creating stylish and fashionable trends for the rest of the world.”

-Philip Wolf, Founder/CEO of the Cannabis Wedding Expo

The Cannabis Wedding Expo on January 19th will be progressive for the millennial, affable for prohibitionists, and has the style that Hollywood thirsts for! You can expect an experience beyond shopping with an immersive fashion show, art installations, wandering musicians, hors d’oeuvres tastings, CBD mocktail bar, instagrammable experiences and more…..
