Businesses Ignore California And Ohio’s Ban On Hemp-Derived CBD

The Ohio state board has tried to shut down the sale of CBD products by making it illegal to purchase them from anywhere other than a dispensary, but no dispensaries have opened yet. Businesses are fighting back and keeping CBD products are their shelves.
