I’m here today to tell you guys about something new on the horizon that while also being quite a novelty, has some very practical application as well. What I’m talking about is the new “Secret Case” for use with your Solo vape. This is really a killer new offering for the simple fact that it opens up a whole new world of discreet vaporizer storage to the end user, and available for about 35 bucks, it is well worth its weight in the small amount of gold you will spend on obtaining one.
First off, there are three models. All of them resembling a large book that just happens to be laying around on your shelf or desk, etc. The first style is something akin to a journal, and I really like this one because people know journals or notebooks often have private writing inside, and so out of respect leave well enough alone when they happen upon one.
The second style is something like a novel. It has a large “V” on the back of the binding along with the words “The Secret”, almost as if it’s some new hokey melodramatic novel, complete with a colorful graphic design adorning its cover. This one I’m not so crazy about and here’s why. Number one, there’s no author listed. That’s a big red flag for a supposed ‘normal’ book. The second thing I dislike about this style is that while all three styles differ, they all have two leather straps that snap and unsnap to reveal the contents of the book. You can believe the straps on the others, but not this one. I mean, who has ever seen a contemporary novel with straps to seal it? On a journal, perhaps, but this? I don’t buy it. Wouldn’t chance it. I guess on the plus side though, there are several designs to choose from with this version, so if security is a more minor matter then it might make sense to buy.
That brings me to the last style, and my favorite of the three. This one looks like an ancient book and is actually labelled as such by the company. The reason I like this one the most is simply because it is the most believable of the three to have the straps running across the open side to secure the contents. It does have a mystical look to it, and as such, its contents would of course be sealed within. perfectly plausible. So that one’s got my vote.
Inside the Secret Vape Case, you will find plenty of room, and that’s a great thing. You can fit your Solo inside it’s own little compartment, as well as the charger, room for two aromatherapy dishes, two mouthpieces, and last but certainly not least, a space for a grinder up to two and a half inches in diameter. As if that wasn’t enough, they give you additional space to fit whatever else you want inside, and I especially like the fact that they did this. It makes the case that much more versatile and functional. The construction is good and the foam is very dense, which is exactly what you want for support and durability in a vaporizer case long-term. Inside when you open it there is an “off” smell but the manufacturer informed me that it was due to the antibacterial material and of no harm.
The thing to remember about the Secret Vape case for the Arizer Solo is that it’s not -only- for discreet use. You can get one and simply use it to store your solo inside period! And hey, if the time comes you ever have to roll incognito, you got it like that. The ancient book style will run you a couple dollars more, and I’m sure the reason is because it is the most believable and thus, the best of the three. All in all, I think the Secret vape case is going to open up the market for a bunch more discretionary-type containment units for vaporizers. Good product, and great value. I say go for it.
